Our task was to thoroughly understand Vidis's operations and its requirements regarding future business customer service. The company's structure is already well-established in many processes and dependencies, and it is supported by external software providers. The shared goal was to develop a system that would enable Vidis customers to conveniently place orders online, while providing administrators with the ability to efficiently serve customers, offer additional product presentation options, and utilize a better sales tool.

DISCOVERY
The product workshops aimed to present the results of the business analysis and to define specific client goals that we collectively aimed to achieve by creating a new platform. During the workshops, the client's needs were confronted with our recommendations regarding individual modules and functionalities. The workshops lasted 4 days and yielded a wealth of new information, which we subsequently organized. Our analyses and a technologically aware client are the perfect combination needed to jointly create something great.

A precise division of users at the very beginning of the project provides the team with better insight into how they should prepare the structure, functionalities, and design to ensure that the platform functions and displays correctly for every user variant.
Full access to the administrator panel.
Mostly like admin with a few exceptions: Total revenue statistics, deleting accounts.
User is able to create and edit content in CMS and has access to SEO settings.
Can log in to the platform as a client and create a cart in their name, but cannot place an order.
The main customer account, which has the ability to create sub-accounts for branches. This account has access to all the features of the B2B platform.
This account's functionality depends on what the main account allows it to see. It is useful for clients with multiple branches.
Any person visiting Vidis.pl has restricted access to some information, i.e., prices.


UI DESIGN
The final design of the platform was meticulously prepared based on UX mockups created in collaboration with the client. We delivered a design system and translated the ideas into well-considered elements and color schemes. We maintained maximum simplicity, given the business purpose of the platform, to avoid complicating the process of finding necessary information and products with unnecessary graphic additions.

FUNCTIONALITIES
The solutions developed in the platform enable working with customers in a new and better way. Below, we briefly present the dedicated modules we delivered to the client upon request. The Vidis team had a clear understanding of what their customers needed, and our task was to design and implement the technology.
