VIDIS SA specializes in the distribution of audiovisual equipment, providing modern solutions for both the educational and business sectors.

Our task was to thoroughly understand Vidis's operations and its requirements regarding future business customer service. The company's structure is already well-established in many processes and dependencies, and it is supported by external software providers. The shared goal was to develop a system that would enable Vidis customers to conveniently place orders online, while providing administrators with the ability to efficiently serve customers, offer additional product presentation options, and utilize a better sales tool.

Challenge

Designing a system together with Vidis that will serve to easily handle customers and provide the customers themselves with more autonomy in the purchasing process.

Solution

Creation and implementation of a dedicated B2B system that combines a sales platform, customer service, and a product management system. All of this integrated with external service providers, such as ERP systems.

The proposed solution allows customers to easily place orders based on their individual commercial agreements with Vidis, remembers and suggests previously purchased products, and offers options for negotiations, collecting points, or using special promotions. All customer information ultimately lands in the B2B system, which also features CRM capabilities. Vidis' customer service team can easily respond to all purchases, inquiries, negotiations, and more. Simple, comprehensive, and modern.

Product Workshops

The product workshops aimed to present the results of the business analysis and to define specific client goals that we collectively aimed to achieve by creating a new platform. During the workshops, the client's needs were confronted with our recommendations regarding individual modules and functionalities. The workshops lasted 4 days and yielded a wealth of new information, which we subsequently organized. Our analyses and a technologically aware client are the perfect combination needed to jointly create something great.

UI DESIGN

Platform Final Design

The final design of the platform was meticulously prepared based on UX mockups created in collaboration with the client. We delivered a design system and translated the ideas into well-considered elements and color schemes. We maintained maximum simplicity, given the business purpose of the platform, to avoid complicating the process of finding necessary information and products with unnecessary graphic additions.
